Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit provides compassionate patient care, including administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment in care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), a current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary range is $33.00/hr – $63.98/hr. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality improvement, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
