Job Description

The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents appropriately.
  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff.
    Compensation ranges from $36.73 to $60.93 per hour, with an annual salary between $76,396.32 and $126,730.61.
