Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organization skills.
The role involves sensitive information handling per HIPAA and privacy regulations.
