Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, providing emergency and primary care, and collaborating on care plans.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality improvement principles.
