Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient needs.
The role requires a nursing diploma or degree, a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
The nurse must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety.
