The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool assesses, plans, and manages patient care across various specialties, including step-down, cardiac, neurosciences, and rehab units.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and evaluating patient needs.
Provides primary and emergency care, collaborates with the team to create care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
