Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in Maternal Special Care provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, responds to care requirements, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Must have a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ensures compliance with privacy regulations and maintains a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
