Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff while maintaining professional nursing standards.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
