Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess and respond to patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the team to develop a Plan of Care and guide ancillary staff.
Requirements include a nursing degree, active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement knowledge are essential.
