Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for both primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care and guides ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Preferred 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
