Job Description
The Vascular Surgery – M5 department is seeking a Night Clinical Nurse to assess, coordinate, and manage patient care throughout the hospital stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions.
Responsible for implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Provides primary and emergency care for patients with complex vascular conditions, including amputations and wound care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow personalized care plans, guides ancillary staff, and ensures high-quality patient care.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, with preferred experience as a PCA or nurse assistant.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality and information security standards, including HIPAA regulations.
