Job Description
The Vascular Surgery – M5 department is seeking a Night shift Clinical Nurse with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61.
Provides care for patients with vascular diseases and those requiring telemetry monitoring, often with multiple co-morbidities, aged 18-90+.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and documents care according to regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care, collaborates on care plans, and directs ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma, current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role involves maintaining patient-centered, compassionate care and protecting sensitive information per regulations.
