Job Description
The clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit provides compassionate care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
The role requires excellent communication, organization, and knowledge of quality improvement principles.
The hourly wage ranges from $36.73 to $60.93.
The position involves handling sensitive information according to privacy regulations.
