Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to create and follow patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a valid RN license, 1-3 years of clinical experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
The role offers an hourly range of $36.73 – $60.93 and emphasizes confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
