Job Description
The clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents procedures.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop individualized care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), a valid RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Possesses strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
The hourly salary range is $36.73 – $60.93.
