Job Description
This RN position in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit involves providing compassionate patient care during weekend night shifts (7a-7p).
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Assess and interpret diagnostic tests, evaluate patient needs, and apply sound nursing judgment for primary and emergency care.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute patient care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, associate or bachelorâs degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or progressive care.
The hourly rate ranges from $36.73 to $60.93, with a salary range of $76,396.32 to $126,730.61.
