Job Description

The clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works weekend night shifts (7a-7p), earning $76,396.32 – $126,730.61.

  • Provides compassionate patient care, implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments and tests.

  • Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and uses sound judgment for care management.

  • Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates on care plans, and directs ancillary staff.

  • Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.

  • Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are required.
