Job Description
The RN role in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit involves providing compassionate patient care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Responsibilities include evaluating diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, making sound nursing judgments, and delivering emergency and routine care.
The position requires a nursing diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
Work shift is weekend night (7a-7p), with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61, and hourly rate of $36.73 – $60.93.
The role involves sensitive information handling under HIPAA and privacy regulations.
