This RN position in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit is for 52 weekend night shifts (7a-7p) with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61 and hourly pay of $36.73 – $60.93. The role involves providing compassionate patient care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care. Responsibilities include interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, making sound nursing judgments, providing emergency and primary care, and collaborating on care plans. Qualifications include a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s preferred), current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience. Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are required. The role involves handling sensitive information under HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
