Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in Labor & Delivery provides compassionate patient care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment in decision-making.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains nursing standards.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
