Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting appropriately.
Assesses and interprets diagnostic tests to evaluate patient conditions.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop individualized Plans of Care and directs ancillary staff.
Cross-trains to work on both High Risk Antepartum and Labor & Delivery units, routinely rotating between them.
Contributes to a respectful environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of each team memberâs work.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality policies, including protecting sensitive information in compliance with regulations.
