Job Description
The RN assesses, plans, directs, and manages patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing primary/emergency care.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and execute individualized care plans, guides ancillary staff, and ensures professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree in nursing, valid NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Prior experience as a PCA or nursing assistant is preferred, with a commitment to continuing education and quality improvement.
Work hours are weekend day shifts, with a salary range of $76,396.32 to $126,730.61.
