The Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.

Administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, including occupational and non-occupational cases.

Collaborates with the team to develop individualized Plans of Care and guides ancillary staff.

Contributes to a respectful environment by recognizing the value of each team memberâs work.

Ensures compliance with privacy laws, handling sensitive information responsibly.
