Job Description
The Inpatient Rehab – E8 unit seeks a weekend night Registered Nurse for the rehabilitation team.
Assist patients with adjusting to chronic illness or injury by creating care plans, educating caregivers, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care according to regulations.
Evaluate diagnostic tests, assess patient needs, and make sound nursing decisions.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administer medications, and collaborate on patient care plans.
Guide ancillary staff and maintain professional nursing standards.
Candidates must have a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience.
Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are required.
This role may involve handling sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality.
