This Night shift Medical/Surgical Hospitalist role offers a salary range of $80,216.14 – $133,072.49.
The clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of each team member’s work.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care per policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care provided.
Applies sound nursing judgment in patient care decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administers OTC and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information with confidentiality, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
