Job Description
This Night Medical/Surgical Hospitalist role involves providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and document accurately.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Administer prescribed medications and collaborate with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care.
Guide ancillary staff and maintain professional nursing standards.
This role requires handling sensitive information per HIPAA and applicable regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper access.
