Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care during night shifts in a Medical/Surgical Hospitalist setting.
Contributes to a caring environment through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments and tests, and documents care according to regulations.
Assesses patient conditions by interpreting diagnostic tests and evaluating responses.
Uses sound nursing judgment for patient management and provides primary and emergency care.
Administers medications as prescribed and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
This role requires access to sensitive patient information, with strict adherence to privacy and security policies.
