Job Description
The Night Medical/Surgical Hospitalist role involves providing compassionate patient care, including implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Responsibilities include ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, and applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop Care Plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Contributes to a caring environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of each team member’s work.
Must follow regulatory policies, ensure patient information confidentiality, and adhere to safety standards.
The salary range is $76,396.32 – $126,730.61, with hourly rates from $36.73 to $60.93.
