This clinical Nurse role involves providing compassionate patient care during night shifts.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in decision-making.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as prescribed.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.
Works within confidentiality protocols, ensuring sensitive information is protected and access is limited to authorized personnel.
The hourly pay ranges from $36.73 to $60.93, with a salary range of $76,396.32 to $126,730.61.
