Job Description
The Medical/Surgical Hospitalist role is a night shift position with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61, offering an hourly rate of $36.73 – $60.93.
Contributes to a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care, active listening, and teamwork.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.
Orders and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Ensures compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations, handling sensitive information responsibly.
