The Night Medical/Surgical Hospitalist provides compassionate patient care, supporting a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Contributes to a team by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting treatments according to regulations.
Assesses patient conditions through diagnostic tests, evaluates needs, and applies sound judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering prescribed medications.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
