Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound judgment in care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow Plans of Care, guiding ancillary staff.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current NYS RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality improvement principles.
The role emphasizes maintaining confidentiality and adhering to information security standards.
