Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment in decision-making.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Has 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
The role involves maintaining patient safety, quality improvement, and adhering to confidentiality regulations.
