Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess and respond to patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment for primary and emergency care.
Collaborate with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans, supervise ancillary staff, and maintain professional standards.
Requirements include a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role involves ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and maintaining a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
