Job Description
Seeking a Night shift Medical/Surgical Cardiac Hospitalist RN to assess, plan, coordinate, and manage patient care throughout their stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions within the hospital.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care according to regulations.
Evaluate diagnostic tests, assess patient needs, and provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and guide the Plan of Care, direct ancillary staff, and uphold professional standards.
Ensure compassionate, competent care for patients, staff, and referring facilities in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
The role requires access to sensitive information, with strict adherence to privacy and security policies. Salary ranges from $76,396.32 to $126,730.61 annually, with an hourly range of $36.73 to $60.93.
