Join the Critical Care Float Pool team, working day shifts in a Level I trauma center.

Gain experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.

Opportunity to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.

Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and evaluate diagnostic tests.

Assess patient needs, provide primary and emergency care, and collaborate on care plans.

Qualifications include RN licensure, 1-3 years of clinical experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and strong communication skills.

Must adhere to confidentiality and safety standards, protecting sensitive information.
