Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team working day shifts, offering opportunities to develop skills across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
Gain experience in all critical care areas of a Level I trauma center.
Expand competencies into Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing procedures, and assessing patient needs.
Collaborate with the team to create and follow individualized care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current NYS RN license, BLS & ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Must handle sensitive information responsibly following privacy regulations.
