Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team working day shifts in a Level I trauma center.

Gain diverse experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and Intermediate Care ICU (MSICU).

Opportunities to develop competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.

Contribute to patient care through medication administration, treatments, diagnostics, and emergency interventions.

Collaborate with the team to create and implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience.

Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of quality improvement practices.

This role involves handling sensitive health information within regulatory standards.
