Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team working night shifts with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.20 and hourly pay of $36.73 – $60.93.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in all critical care areas, implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting accurately.
Assess and interpret diagnostic tests, evaluate patient needs, and use sound nursing judgment in care decisions.
Administer emergency and routine care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
