Job Description
Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team working in all ICU areas of a Level I trauma center.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Assess patient needs, interpret diagnostic tests, and apply sound nursing judgment in care decisions.
Offer primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervise ancillary staff and uphold professional nursing standards.
Qualifications include RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary ranges from $36.73 to $60.93 hourly, with a full-time day shift.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
