Job Description
The Critical Care Float Pool RN provides care across all Level I trauma center critical care areas during day shifts, with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61 (hourly $36.73 – $60.93).
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, providing primary and emergency care, and collaborating on care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and strong communication and organizational skills.
