Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team, gaining experience in Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and progressive critical care units.
Work shifts are daytime in the U.S..
Salary ranges from $76,396.32 to $126,730.61 annually, with hourly wages between $34.65 and $35.69.
Opportunities to develop additional competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, and collaborating on care plans.
Requires RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of ICU or Progressive Care experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
