Job Description
Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team, gaining experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and progressive critical care units.
Work in a Level I trauma center with opportunities to develop critical care skills and competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient needs.
Assess diagnostic tests, apply sound nursing judgment, and collaborate with the team to create and follow individualized care plans.
Requirements include a nursing diploma or degree, a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of ICU or Progressive Care experience.
Must possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of quality improvement practices.
This role involves handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations, with access limited to necessary information.
