Job Description

Join a dedicated post-cardiothoracic surgery unit working night shifts with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61.

  • Provide high-quality patient care for cardiac, thoracic, and interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, interpret diagnostic tests, and assess patient needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans, while guiding ancillary staff.
  • Minimum requirements include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Advanced skills in cardiac rhythm management, vasoactive medications, and chest tube care are preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • This role involves handling sensitive information under strict confidentiality policies.
