Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Assesses and responds to patient needs, collaborates with the healthcare team to develop care plans, and directs ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Maintains compliance with privacy regulations and safeguards sensitive information.
