Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening, recognizing each team member’s valuable contribution.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care; uses sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed and collaborates with the team to develop comprehensive care plans.
Guides ancillary staff while maintaining professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
