Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care according to regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment in care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Supervises ancillary staff, maintains professional standards, and ensures quality improvement.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), valid RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality concepts.
