Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in decision-making.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Qualifications include a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current NYS RN license, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Requires BLS and ACLS certifications, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves handling sensitive information responsibly, adhering to privacy regulations and policies.
