Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, applies sound nursing judgment, and creates individualized care plans.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team and guides ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and adherence to confidentiality policies regarding sensitive information.
