Job Description
The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care following regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patientsâ conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement care plans.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include current RN license, 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
